That's the default assumption. Leave your empty in a visible spot at your entrance — the driver swaps it and you get an SMS when it's done. Most of our swaps happen with nobody home.

Is there really no missed-delivery fee?

Really. There's nothing to miss — no signature, no handover. If your empty isn't out, we still leave your fulls and collect the empty next round, free.

Where should I leave my cylinder?

Anywhere visible at your entrance — doorstep, porch, beside the letterbox. In an apartment? Add building access notes or a gate code at checkout.

How do I know the swap happened?

You'll get an SMS once your empties are collected and the full cylinders are at your door.
