Soda Gas return and refund policy

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases via mail. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For an item that does not fit the required outlet e.g. (Quick connect) we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at elijah@sodashift.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be scheduled with the delivery driver to pick up.

If your return is accepted, we’ll offer you a time slot for pickup, as well as instructions on where to place your package. Items left for us to pick up without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns - Sodashift

(a) Sodashift extends the option for exchanges (subject to stock availability) or refunds on products due to a change of mind, determined at our absolute discretion. To be eligible:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided;
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, untampered, and unaltered;
  • The individual product must contain at least 450 grams of carbon dioxide at the time of return;
  • Products must be in their original undamaged packaging, with all product tags intact.

(b) Cost Coverage:

For change of mind returns, Sodashift does not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery. Customers are responsible for covering these expenses.

(c) Consumer Rights under Australian Consumer Law:

Customers may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law in conjunction with the terms outlined in this clause.

Note: Sodashift reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and exchanges based on the conditions mentioned above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
